Destinations
We ship to all destinations, national and international, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping cost

Iberian Peninsula : €5 on orders under €99. Orders over €99 are free.

Balearic Islands : Shipping costs €16 regardless of the amount.

Portugal : Shipping costs €16 regardless of the amount.

Rest of the European Union : Shipping costs €22.66 regardless of the amount.

Other international destinations : Shipping costs €44 regardless of the amount.
Delivery time
Delivery time is 2-3 business days for domestic destinations. For international shipments, the delivery time is 5-7 business days.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. are shipped the next business day.
What should I do to return an item?
The order must be returned in its original packaging
Click on the link to begin the return of your item. You can select when you want the item to be collected from your home and the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund of the purchase, so you won't have to pay anything. (Only valid for orders in Spain)

International return outside the EU - customs
To make returns from outside the European Union you must first contact customer service +34 647 387 429 and we will tell you the procedure to follow.
We are not responsible for shipments that involve customs charges.
Can I return all items?
All items in our collections can be returned as long as they are not damaged in any way and come with the return label and the corresponding seal. However, our accessories cannot be returned unless the latter occurs.

How do I return an order from outside the EU?
To return an order placed outside the EU, it is a priority to contact the email pedidos@panambicollection.com to request instructions.
IMPORTANT : We are not responsible for returns that are NOT processed through Panambi Collection, nor for any customs fees that may arise. Otherwise, the order will be returned to the country of origin.
Size changes
Size changes are free. Once the package has been collected and received, a new order will be sent to you with the size you want at no additional cost.

What is the deadline for making a return?
The deadline for any return or exchange is 14 calendar days from the arrival of the package until we receive it and we will refund the amount of the item.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
To make a return you will have to pay the shipping costs.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase or the item you exchanged it for, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund amount?
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 7 working days.
The user accepts that all personal data will be transferred in full to Aplazame from the moment the user has initiated the contracting of the deferred payment service offered by the latter at the time of choosing the payment method. This acceptance extends to third parties that may need to access the files for the successful completion of the contract.
PANAMBI reserves the right to reject returns that are notified or sent after the specified deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
