Balearic Islands : Shipping costs €16 regardless of the order amount.

Portugal : Shipping costs €16 regardless of the order amount.

Rest of the European Union : Shipping costs €22.66 regardless of the order amount.

Other international destinations : Shipping costs €44 regardless of the order amount.
Delivery time : Delivery takes 2-3 business days for domestic destinations. For international shipments, delivery takes 5-7 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
What do I need to do to return an item?
The order must be returned in its original packaging

International returns outside the EU - customs
For returns from outside the European Union, please contact customer service at +34 647 387 429 and we will advise you on the procedure to follow.
We are not responsible for self-paid shipments that involve customs fees.
Can I return all items?
All items in our collections can be returned as long as they are undamaged and have the return label and seal intact. However, our accessories are non-returnable unless these conditions are met.

How do I return an order from outside the EU?
To return an order placed outside the EU, it is essential to contact pedidos@panambicollection.com for instructions.
IMPORTANT : We are not responsible for returns not processed through Panambi Collection, nor for any associated customs fees. Otherwise, the order will be returned to the country of origin.
Size changes
Size exchanges are free; once the package has been collected and received, a new order will be sent to you with the size you want at no additional cost.

What is the deadline for making a return?
The deadline for any return or exchange is 14 calendar days from the arrival of the package until we receive it and we will refund the amount of the garment.
Do I have to pay anything for my return? To make a return, you will have to cover the shipping costs. How will I receive my refund? Once the return is approved, you will receive the refund via the same payment method you used for your purchase or the item you exchanged it for, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs. When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be made within a maximum of 7 business days.
The user agrees that all their personal data will be fully transferred to Aplázame from the moment the user initiates the contracting of the deferred payment service offered by Aplázame when selecting the payment method. This agreement extends to third-party entities that may need to access the files for the proper execution of the contract.
PANAMBI reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the established deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
