General Questions

Our sizing is standard, so we recommend choosing your usual size. If a product is larger or smaller, this will be indicated in the description of the product.

We refund and exchange all online orders as long as they are within the estimated time frame (14 calendar days from when the order is received), except for accessories that cannot be returned or exchanged.

The garments can be hand-washed in cold water or taken to a dry cleaner. Each garment has a label with washing instructions and fabric composition.
Step one: Cut off the thin end with scissors. This is indicated with "1. CUT AT LINE" and a scissors symbol. Step two: slide upwards the top part of the alarm, marked with "2.SLIDE TO OPEN". Step three: once slid in, the two parts simply separate and the alarm can be removed from the garment.

Exchanges and returns

Online orders can be returned either by courier or in our physical stores in Seville, Madrid or Valencia.

No appointment is necessary to come and see and try on our collection in stores.
