Internship Offer: Customer Service

We are looking for a person for the Customer Service position to be part of our Customer Service team at Panambi.

Where? In Seville!

This position requires a lot of attitude, commitment and passion for exquisite customer service.

Your day to day will be...

- Answer queries and advise our clients through the different sales and contact channels (telephone, email, social networks, etc.)

-Manage data and addresses with our transport agencies

-After-sales service: follow-up and consultation of reasons for return, surveys (customer satisfaction analysis/improvement proposals)

-Manage returns
