What type of information does PANAMBI collect?

PANAMBI may collect the following personal information from users of the PANAMBI website (“WEB”) through the corresponding forms: name, email address, postal address, telephone number, date of birth, gender and credit card (PAN+CVV2) in compliance with PCI DSS standards or account number (provided by the customer in case of return) when the user visits the WEB/APP, registers, places an online order, contacts PANAMBI or participates in PANAMBI promotions or surveys.

In addition, PANAMBI collects all information relating to your browsing on the WEB/APP and your interaction with the brand.

All personal data collected by PANAMBI comes from the interested party, except for contact information that may be provided to us by friends or family:

  • For sending a gift voucher or other gift.
  • To share the favorites saved on the WEB/APP

For what purpose do we process personal data?

The personal data of the interested party will be processed for the following purposes as applicable:

– Manage and develop registration on the WEBSITE/APP. Registration will involve the creation of profiles of the user's navigation on the WEBSITE/APP. This profiling consists of the use of the client's personal data and information about their navigation, such as the products viewed or added to the basket, the sections of the WEBSITE/APP visited, the location to evaluate their preferences and/or personal interests with the aim of offering them the contents of the WEBSITE/APP, the offers, the services and the products appropriate to their profile.

– Manage and develop the online purchase. We use the customer’s personal information to process and deliver their order, informing them by email and/or SMS of the status of their order.

– Manage and send information about exclusive promotions, latest news and personalized information adapted to the profile, interests and needs of the interested party as a customer via email, SMS or post. The sending of this information will involve the creation of user profiles which consists of using personal data, the history of their purchases if applicable, as well as browsing information on the WEBSITE/APP to evaluate certain aspects related to their personal preferences with the aim of offering them commercial communications appropriate to their profile.

How long will we retain the data?

PANAMBI will retain personal data only for as long as is reasonably necessary taking into account the needs to respond to queries or resolve problems, make improvements, activate its services and comply with the requirements imposed by applicable law. This means that it may retain personal data for a reasonable period of time even after the interested party has stopped using PANAMBI services or has stopped using the WEB/APP. After this period, personal data will be blocked from all PANAMBI systems.

Execution of the contract

The legal basis for the processing of the personal data of the interested party that is collected is the execution of the sales contract. In this regard, the interested party is obliged to provide the data that are necessary for its execution. If you do not provide us with this data, the purchase and sale will not be possible.

Legal obligations

The management and issuance of the sales invoice is based on PANAMBI's legal obligation in its relationship with customers.

Consent

In relation to the following purposes, the legal basis for the processing of the personal data of the interested party will be the consent of the same, if it has been given:

  • Registration management on the WEB/APP.
  • Management of sending information on exclusive promotions, latest news and personalized information adapted to the profile of the interested party.
  • Management of the garment availability alert service on the WEB.
  • Management and issuance of the following sales accreditation documents: digital ticket and Tax Free.
    The withdrawal of consent for these treatments by the interested party will not condition the execution of the sales contract entered into between the latter and PANAMBI.
Legitimate interest

In relation to the following purposes, the legal basis for the processing of the personal data of the interested party will be the legitimate interest of PANAMBI:

  • Profiling through browsing the WEBSITE/APP by a registered user, as well as by all those users who have provided us with their data for any other purpose.
  • Profiling to send information about exclusive promotions, the latest news and personalized information tailored to the profile of the interested party.
  • Sending satisfaction surveys on products purchased or services used by PANAMBI customers to request their opinion and be able to improve them.

Our legitimate interest is to ensure that our WEBSITE/APP remains secure, as well as to help PANAMBI understand the needs, expectations and level of satisfaction of users and, therefore, improve services, products and brands. All these actions are carried out in order to improve the level of customer satisfaction and ensure a unique browsing and purchasing experience.

To which recipients can we communicate the data?

The personal data of the interested party may be transferred/communicated to the following recipients:

  • PANAMBI Group Companies.
  • Public Administrations and Organizations when required by tax, labor, Social Security or any other applicable regulations.
  • Companies responsible for data processing, such as franchisees and suppliers that provide services to PANAMBI (courier companies, communication delivery companies, agencies, profiling companies, etc.).

International data transfers may also occur at the site of the above transfers/communications, for which PANAMBI will use the Standard Contractual Clauses adapted by the European Commission and the EU-US Privacy Shield as a guarantee for those transfers made to countries that do not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission. In any case, third parties with whom certain personal data are shared will have previously accredited the adoption of appropriate technical and organisational measures for the correct protection of said data.
PANAMBI does not sell customer data to third parties under any circumstances.

How does PANAMBI protect personal data?

The WEB/APP uses information security techniques such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all with the aim of preventing unauthorized access to data and ensuring its confidentiality. To achieve these ends, the user accepts that PANAMBI obtains data for the purposes of the corresponding authentication of access controls.

Additionally, any transaction made through the WEB/APP is carried out through secure payment systems. Confidential payment data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding entity.

  • Right to file a complaint: You have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Using our website

Intellectual and industrial property

All intellectual and industrial property rights of the Website and its contents, including but not limited to images, sound, audio, video, designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, colour combinations, structure, buttons, as well as software, trade names, trademarks, works, illustrations, photographs or industrial drawings and any other signs susceptible to industrial and commercial use are the property and ownership of PANAMBI or of third parties holding them who have duly authorised their inclusion on the Website.
