Shipping and returns

We ship to all destinations, national and international, except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

• Iberian Peninsula : €5 on orders under €99. Orders over €99 are free of charge.
• Balearic Islands : Shipping costs €16 whatever the amount.
• Portugal : Shipping is priced at €16 whatever the amount.
• Rest of European Union : shipping cost is €22.66 whatever the amount.
• Other international destinations : shipping costs €44 whatever the amount.

The delivery time is 2-3 working days for national destinations. For international shipments the delivery time is 5-7 working days.

Orders made after 14:00 are shipped the next working day.

Click on the link to start with the return of your item. You will be able to select when you want the item to be picked up at home and the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund of the purchase so you won't have to pay anything (Only valid for Spain orders).

All the items of our collections can be returned but our accessories, unless they are damaged, will not be refunded.

The period of time to return any item is 14 calendar days from the arrival of the package until we receive it and we will refund you the amount of the item.

To return the article, you will have to pay for the shipping costs.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase or the article you returned it for, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 working days.
The user accepts that all personal data will be fully transferred to Aplazame from the moment the user has initiated the contracting of the deferred payment service offered by the latter at the time of choosing the payment method. This acceptance is extended to third parties that would have to access the files for the proper completion of the contract.

PANAMBI reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
