The deadline for exchanges and returns on your order is 7 days from receipt. Only returns of defective items will be accepted, and only if PANAMBI approves them.
Each piece of jewelry undergoes special care and quality control at every stage of the manufacturing process. Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
No returns will be accepted for differences in color tone.
