Product availability

All orders placed through the PANAMBI online store are subject to product availability, which will be indicated on the product page in most cases. In the event of a stock shortage or any other issue preventing the fulfillment of the order, the company will notify customers of the product's unavailability within 48 hours and reserves the right to offer a solution based on future product availability. This may include proposing an alternative product of equal or greater quality and value than the one ordered, or providing a promotional code for the purchase amount valid for two months.

Removing products from the online store

PANAMBI reserves the right to remove any product from the online store at any time and/or to delete or modify any material or content on the online store. We will not be liable to you or any third party for the removal of any product, deletion, or modification of any material or content on the website.

Price

The price of the products will be as stated on the PANAMBI online store at any given time. Prices on the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs. Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a shipping confirmation.

Delivery and shipping.

Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment. Shipping will take place on business days, Monday through Friday. If you place your order on a holiday or weekend, we will begin processing it on the next business day. Delivery time for mainland Spain is 2 to 3 business days. This time will be longer for international shipments, taking 5 to 7 business days.

The shipping cost for the Peninsula is €4.95.

The shipping cost to the Balearic Islands is €16.

The shipping cost to Portugal is €16.

The shipping cost for the rest of the European Union is €22.66.

Shipping cost for all other international shipments: €44.

Free shipping on orders over €99 to the Iberian Peninsula.

Inability to deliver

If, due to reasons attributable to the buyer (for example, absence at the delivery location, incorrect addresses, etc.), it is not possible to deliver the product, we will contact you to provide you with the appropriate information to proceed with the collection of the order.

Returns

The deadline for exchanges and returns on your order is 7 days from receipt. Only returns of defective items will be accepted, and only if PANAMBI approves them.
Each piece of jewelry undergoes special care and quality control at every stage of the manufacturing process. Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

No returns will be accepted for differences in color tone.

To request a return, please contact PANAMBI at the following e-mail address ventas@panambicollection.com , always indicating the order number and a description of the breakage. From that moment we will be able to contact you to indicate the procedure to follow.The shipping and delivery of the returns will be at PANAMBI's expense, always by the transport company designated by PANAMBI. In the case of changes requested by the customer that are not considered as returns, the shipping costs generated will be borne by the customer.

The return will be made in the same payment method in which the purchase was made (credit card), within approximately 15 days from the time you receive notification of receipt of the package in our warehouse.

Payment methods

The payment method for purchases made on the web is through credit / debit card, BIZUM and Paypal . All transactions are carried out in compliance with all security and data protection protocols. The cardholder is responsible for transactions on the website.

Value added tax

In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), except those destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, in which case the taxes applicable to those territories will be applied.

In case of an order to a country other than Spain, you are the importer of the product(s) in question. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of PANAMBI. They shall be borne by you and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and agencies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.

All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euros.

Transfer of risk and property

The risks of the products shall be borne by the customer from the time of delivery. The customer shall acquire ownership of the products when we receive full payment of all amounts due in respect thereof, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, if this takes place at a later time. For the purposes of these Conditions, "delivery" shall be deemed to have occurred or the product(s) to have been "delivered" at the time of signing for receipt of the product(s) at the agreed delivery address.

Cancellation right

In general and in application of the provisions of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, consumers and Users have the right to withdraw from purchases made at a distance, except for those products referred to under the provisions of article 102 of the aforementioned law. To this end, PANAMBI establishes a maximum period of 7 days for the exercise of the aforementioned right of withdrawal. Notwithstanding the foregoing, when the customer acquires sound or video recordings, discs and computer programs, he/she may exercise his/her right of withdrawal as long as they retain their warranty seal and have not been tampered with. To exercise this right you must send us the product properly packaged together with the WITHDRAWAL DOCUMENT that is available in the online store. The costs incurred for the return of the product will be borne by the customer.

Likewise, your credit card information is not registered in any database but goes directly to the Bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal).

In addition, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated in our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you are a "secured" cardholder, you will always be able to make payments with VISA or MASTERCARD in our store.

In case your card is not adhered to this payment system, panambicollection.com

will only accept payment by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card to customers with proven seniority and reliability.

In both cases, when paying with VISA or MASTERCARD, the following data will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

Written communications

Applicable law requires that some of the information or communications we send you be in writing. By using this online store, you agree that we may exchange electronic communications. For contractual purposes, you agree that all contracts, notices, information, and other communications that we provide to you through the aforementioned means satisfy legal requirements comparable to written documents. Product warranty for non-conformity
